Is there a free trial?

No. There is no trial period on any plan or term, and nothing converts into a paid subscription on its own. You can try the service with a free account instead: it includes a one-time grant of image credits, requires no card, does not expire and stays free for as long as you use it.

What is the difference between the 1, 3 and 12-month terms?

The plan itself is identical — the same credits, products and features. Only the price and the billing frequency change: the 3-month term is charged once every three months and the 12-month term once a year, both at a lower effective price per month than paying monthly.

Do longer terms give me all the credits up front?

No. Credits are granted monthly on every term. A 12-month subscription gives you your monthly allowance at the start of each month rather than a year's worth on day one.

What happens to unused credits?

Plan credits are granted at the start of each month. The one-time credits granted with a free account do not reset.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Prices are shown in EUR excluding any applicable taxes. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

Can I change plans or terms later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once paid plans are available you will be able to switch plan or billing term from the billing portal. Any proration is handled by the payment provider according to the terms shown at the time of the change.

What happens if I cancel a 3-month or 12-month subscription?

Accepted Answer

Access continues to the end of the term you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. Because longer terms are charged in advance, cancelling does not by itself refund the unused part — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and contact support if you believe a refund is warranted.

Refund requests are handled through support and assessed individually. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded are unaffected. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
