Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what AI Product Studio may not be used for. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and breaching it can result in suspension or termination of your account.

01Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to create, store or distribute:
- illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity;
- content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
- imagery of counterfeit products, or imagery intended to make counterfeit goods appear genuine;
- deceptive advertising, including images that misrepresent what a customer will receive;
- misleading product representations, such as depicting features, contents, materials or quantities the product does not have;
- content impersonating a person, brand or organisation;
- content used for fraud or to deceive payment providers, marketplaces or customers;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors;
- imagery of illegal products or services;
- content designed to bypass, disable or interfere with platform safeguards, content filters or usage limits.
02Rights you confirm
By uploading material to the service you confirm that you hold the rights necessary to do so and to have images generated from it. This includes rights in:
- the photographs you upload, including the photographer's rights;
- any trademarks visible in them;
- any logos or brand elements shown;
- the products themselves and their designs;
- the packaging and any artwork on it.
If you are producing imagery on behalf of a client, you are responsible for having their authorisation.
03Accurate product representation
The service generates the scene around your product. You remain responsible for ensuring that any image you publish accurately represents the item a customer will actually receive.
Review generated images before publishing, paying attention to product details, materials, packaging contents and any text or labelling. Consumer protection and advertising law applies to you as the seller.
04Technical restrictions
You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data. Specifically, you may not:
- access accounts, workspaces or assets that are not yours;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, credit accounting or usage restrictions;
- upload files intended to exploit the application or its processing pipeline;
- resell or redistribute access to the service without authorisation.
05Enforcement
We may review content where we have reason to believe this policy has been breached, and may refuse a generation, remove content, suspend access or terminate an account.
Where the law requires it, we may report content to the relevant authorities. Where circumstances allow, we will explain the reason for an enforcement action and give an opportunity to respond.
