Terms of Service

AI Product Studio is a software service that generates and edits product imagery using artificial intelligence. You upload photographs of your products, select a photoshoot scene and format, and the service produces new images in which the surrounding scene, lighting and styling are generated.

The service is designed to preserve the recognisable characteristics of your product. It is an automated process and does not guarantee an exact reproduction of the uploaded item. You are responsible for reviewing every generated image before using it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised or is being used in breach of these Terms.

Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions in euro (EUR) on a 1-month, 3-month or 12-month term. The plan you select, the term, the total amount charged, the renewal frequency and the credits included are all shown before you confirm a purchase.

There is no free trial period. A paid subscription begins when payment is taken, and the first charge covers the full term you selected. Longer terms are charged in advance for the whole term rather than month by month.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added based on your billing location.

We may change plan pricing or contents. Changes do not apply to a billing period that has already been paid for, and we will give notice before a change takes effect for your subscription.

Generation is metered in image credits. One generated output image consumes one credit. Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and consumed when it completes.

• If a generation fails permanently, the reserved credits are returned to your balance.
• Credits included with a paid plan are granted monthly, including on the 3-month and 12-month terms — a longer term does not release the whole term's credits at once.
• Credits granted with a free account are one-time and do not reset.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable between accounts.

Output images are produced by automated systems. They may contain inaccuracies, artefacts or differences from your actual product, including in fine details, packaging and text.

You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publishing it and for ensuring that any image you publish accurately represents the product you are selling. Applicable consumer protection and advertising law continues to apply to you as the seller.

We retain a provenance record for each generated asset and preserve machine-readable AI metadata where the underlying provider produces it.

You retain ownership of the photographs and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the service and producing your requested output.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload, including rights in the photographs, products, packaging, trademarks and logos they contain, and that your use of the service does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the images you generate for your own commercial purposes, including product listings, advertising and social media.

The service itself — including its software, interface, presets and documentation — remains the property of the operator and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It prohibits, among other things, infringing content, counterfeit goods, deceptive advertising and any attempt to bypass platform safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the policy has been breached.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card number or other full payment credentials.

You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the plan you have chosen, at the interval shown at the time of purchase, until the subscription is cancelled.

If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise at the point of cancellation, access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for — which on a 3-month or 12-month subscription is the end of that term, not the end of the current month — and the subscription is not renewed after that.

Refund requests are handled through support and assessed individually, taking into account the circumstances and the extent to which the service has been used.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to you.

We aim to keep the service available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures in infrastructure or third-party providers on which it depends.

Generation capacity depends on third-party AI providers. Where a provider is unavailable, generation may be delayed or temporarily suspended; reserved credits for failed generations are returned.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and we make no warranty that generated output will be fit for any particular purpose or will accurately depict any specific product.

This section does not exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including statutory rights available to consumers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached, where required by law, or where continuing to provide the service would expose us or third parties to legal risk. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice first.

On termination, stored content may be deleted after a reasonable period, subject to any retention we are legally required to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that apply to you as a consumer.
